Strep: Strep throat often causes headache, sore throat, abdominal pain and fever. Sometimes in kids the abdominal pain shows up first. Get her tested by your Pediatrician or urgent care tomorrow. In the meantime give her tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin.

Could be infection: could be strep throat infection, please visit her doctor who might swab her throat and probably start an antibiotic, goodluck
