If a true "anaphylactic reaction" was caused by "IV vitamin K" or any medication, taking such orally will be just as dangerous, and should be avoided. Check with your physician, as there may be ingredients in the IV preparation which caused the reaction, not the Vitamin K itself.

Probably. Do not take it without supervision of your Md. if at all Why did you need IV vit. K? For there are not many indications for that
