Doctor i had a chest x-ray. and it showed fluid, in the bottom, of left lung. breathing was very difficult, and then i was give 5 750 mg levaquin, i am quite a bit better, but doctor wants a ct ran. i am worried, can pneumonia b long-lasting?

Yes as can tuberculosis, black lung disease, CA lung, histoplasmosis (if you are a spelunker in KY), COPD from smoking/mine work. They and you need to know what is going on.
