What to do if porn and mesturbation is the root cause of erectile dyfunction ? like i am been going through ed i have stopped mesturbation for a month and again accidently do it what should i do plzz advice and give allopathic medicine?

Masturbation does not cause ED although following masturbation it may take longer to have an erection. There are no allopathic medicines for this. Without further information it is difficult to even say if you have ED. See a urologist if you have concerns.

You were almost there! Taking medicine long term at as a young age is not recommended besides, some can cause impotence. Strongly suggest see a sex therapist/ councilor and I think you will be fine. Good luck.
