Your pulse ox is ok but your chest tightness and cough need to be evaluated. You should go to the nearest ER-you need to get a chest x-ray to see if your are developing pneumonia. You also need to be treated for Covid before your symptoms get any worse. Please get checked ASAP. Once you recover, get vaccinated if you haven’t already. Good luck to you!

I agree, bronchospasm is one cause and should be addressed. Monitor temperature and breathing pattern. During COVID-19 infection, sudden changes may occur in some patients.
