Hello, a year ago i had a low grade fever, 99.9 to 101.1 for 8 days w/covid. strong cough, tight chest days 6 to 8. day 9, no more fever. 3-4 months later symptoms appeared. tremors, headrush, high bp, vertigo. is that a prolonged fever? long covid?

Did you have shaking chills or fine tremors? Did you have fever with sweats? If not, your symptoms were not pathognomic of an infection. In my opinion there are no diagnostic tests for long covid or postcovid syndrome. If your symptoms persist check with your PCP and inquire about a neurology consultation.
