Hi i'm trying to use this website to get a excuse for my drill i had this weekend i've been vomiting pretty much 1once every hour. even without eating but i need the excuse that's my main problem?

An acute symptom can be difficult to control to make it for required assignment. You can get medical excuse as well. All you need to do is to go to any available physician who can see you in person, diagnose, treat and write an excuse prior to your time of reporting to duty. These medical excuse can not be written for past. Hope it helps.
