Periods: If the vomiting is happening once a month, it might be related to your menstrual cycle. Like breast tenderness or headaches, nausea with or without vomiting may be related to your menstrual cycle. Sometimes is it because of severe menstrual cramps and sometimes it is because of the hormone fluctuations.
