Tylenol (acetaminophen) dose : Tylenol (acetaminophen) is dosed based on the baby's weight. The dose is 15mg/kg every 4 hours. You may need to convert your baby's weight from pounds to kilograms first. Also make sure you pay attention to the concentration on the bottle.

Provided original answer
Tylenol is routinely used in newborns and in the NICU for fever or pain. However, any infant under 3 months of age with fever should be evaluated by a physician as soon as possible.
