Common UTI germs would not turn your tongue white, but yeast from that source might cause thrush. Thrush, which triggers local irritation would not cause fatigue. You may have acquired an infection from some related activity but the symptoms you cite are not specific enough to point to a cause. Get evaluated.

Assuming you licked her on her lower private parts, I would get tested for STDs. And your girl friend should be tested as well.

Chances of your getting any infections on your tongue are very low. Gargle with saline and scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper and you should be OK
