Have this fully evaluated ASAP. This could be due to cardiac or pulmonary issues, and it is not feasible to be specific here due to need for far more details. A cardiologist would be a terrific consultant, but contact your primary doctor and start an immediate evaluation.

The most common cause of CHF is high blood pressure poorly controlled. I would as about that first. And if high get it as low as 120 systolic ASAP try DASH diet first if Dr OKs.
