I have this odd increasing pain in my right shoulder when exercising +breathing deeply that goes away immediately when i stop. no idea when it started since i only recently tried taking deep breaths when exercising?

Most likely using muscles you use when breathing because you are doing new exercises and using muscles you are not used to using. Discuss with your exercise coach.

The diaphragm can spasm during intense exercise and cause referred pain to the shoulder tip. I believe this is what you experience.
