I have a pain below my right shoulder blade and it increases when taking a deep breath, do you have any idea what's wrong?

Likely muscular: Try taking some tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain.
If there's accompanying fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, you may need more work up including a chest xray, ekg.
I'd recommend blood work too because of your age.
Take care!
