Advise the person who will be collecting blood for testing so that they may shield you from sight of blood. If that is not sufficient, talk to your doctor for a beta blocker before an anticipated event. Wish you good health!

My colleagues have made excellent suggestions, but you need to permanently address your emotional reactions. A couple approaches that work include cognitive behavioral therapy and biofeedback. A temporary approach to calm you, might involve a benzodiazepine or a beta blocker, at time of blood draw. (Also, be supine when blood is drawn to prevent vasovagal syncope)
