Im 9 weeks pregnant and started spotting from yesterday and everytime im wiping theres blood im having no pains jus blood ive seen my gp he did a scan and said he cant see a heartbeat im soo stressed out please advice?

OB-GYN: Blood pregnancy test and transvaginal ultrasound should be performed by your OB-GYN. Get blood tests for anemia, blood sugar and female hormone levels.
