There are a number of reasons to discuss with your Dr. Random variation of TSH levels, you were started on thyroid meds, you are developing hyperthyroidism from Hashimoto's, your pituitary is not working to make TSH. Discuss.

Both numbers are still in normal range but I wonder why you have TSH level done within 3-4 months. Did your doctor recently start you on thyroid supplement for hypothyroidism or adjust your medication for hyperthyroidism?
