I have trigger finger for 2 weeks now, the doctor said that i should keep moving it (exercise & massage) but what i see on internet that i should splint it ? what should i do? what medicine should i take to help this condition?

Your best advice is to see a hand surgeon. Oftentimes an injection can resolve the problem. You will not cure this with splinting or medication.

You can splint to help the triggering. You want to keep it moving so it doesn’t stiffen up. Nsaids can be helpful too

Splinting can make the finger more comfortable but you do so at the risk of making it stiff (a potentially greater problem). See a hand surgeon as trigger finger can easily be cured with a steroid injection or a very minimal surgery.
