cant advise without exam. You need to see your dentist and dont hesitate to tell her/him all the problem and then understand its management

You did not say how long ago the extraction was completed or if it was a surgical extraction requiring removal of bone. In any event, have your dentist take a look.

Dr Tandran and Dr Devantzis are correct you need a dental evaluation. One has t ask why the tooth needed to come out at this stage and was there an underlying periodontal issue related to you technique of personal oral hygiene. Why not solve all these issues now before any thing more pops up!

Your surgeon is responsible for your post-surgical care. We don't know where in your mouth the surgery was accomplished, why it was done, how long ago, the extent of the surgery, the difficulty of the procedure, what are your post-operative instructions, nor can we see and evaluate your tissues.
