Im 6 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing really bad period pain cramps. could this be a reault of my fybroids or is this an ectopic pregnancy?

Need exam: Get an exam immediately if you are having significant pain. This isn't the type of issue you speculate about online - the cause may be dangerous to you and the pregnancy. You should be initiating prenatal care as well (assuming you haven't).
