A member asked:

After ectopic pregnany and having to have ovaries and tubes removed on right side, will my period & ovulation be the same? i've been ttc but no luck.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually: Even having one ovary removed the other ovary normally takes over ovulation every month within a short period of time. If you're continuing to have difficulty conceiving then an evsluation is necessary to rule out the potential of scar tissue in the pelvis from the ectopic pregnancy.
