I was filling up my gas tank and like an idiot, i didn't point it up after i removed the knozzle. a little bit hit the ground. i don't think anything got on me. is this harmful?

Not particularly. It would evaporate in a few minutes. People often use gasoline as a solvent to wash things like tar off their skin. Other than the fire and explosion risk it is relatively harmless to skin.
