You likely are encountering repetitive daily back strain/sprain, but cannot exclude congenital structural variations, degenerative changes, or genetic issues prompting your problems. Suggest you see a physiatrist, engage in physical therapy, learn appropriate stretching and back exercises (such as McKenzie type), and perhaps wear a Sacroiliac belt while working. A rehab doctor can guide all.

Focus on posture, remembering to sit and stand straight, flexing your abdominal muscles. Secondly, change sleep patterns and find the best position for pain relief, which can vary. Third, improve your diet and eating times. Weight loss, especially in the abdomen, strengthens overstretched back ligaments, muscles, & tendons that worsen back pain. Fourth, don’t forget to exercise your core muscles!
