My son was taking a bath and he bent a lot his back i guess now when he sits in hi chair and moves front not leaning back his back feel uncomfortable ?

How old is your son?: It is probably a muscle strain. As long as he isn't having any numbness or tingling in his arms/legs you can give him ibuprofen(if he has no medical contraindication to it). If it continues, he should see his doctor or an orthopedist.
