Bath might help pain: Sometimes periods don't follow our expectations, but taking a bath is fine to do if it appeals to you. I do not recommend washing with pressure inside the vagina or womb. No douching! Immersion in warm water can be helpful to cramps. If there are clots or heavy bleeding continues for more than 7 days, consult your health care provider.
