Postinor can delay ovulation, but it can also cause it not to happen at all in a cycle. Your menstrual period may be delayed or seem different because of the hormone changes. This is typical for emergency contraceptives. Your cycle will return to normal within 2-3 cycles (unless you take another postinor)
