Need doctor to check: Lower right abdominal pain can be from many things. For pain there, appendicitis is always a concern (pain can worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up all the way to the right side, and cause pain. Having gas may or may not be related to the discomfort (lactose intolerance will cause gas). A hernia or ovarian problem can also cause pain.

Hello, the lower left quadrant of my stomach hurts ( right above my hips ) and I don't know the cause.
My stomach aches in pangs, and while my lower right quadrant does not hurt or feel enflamed, it does tingle, and it tches closer to the wasitline. ?
I have been anemic for going on 5 weeks, along with leukocytosis & consistent low fever. I have terrible stomach pains in all 4 quadrants & joint & bone pain. Also, the sides of my lower back hurt the worst. All other blood work comes back normal.
