Vascular Steal: When complications of vascular disease create neurologic symptoms, it's best to confer with a vascular surgeon and neurologist. In most instances, antitcoagulant therapy may be indicated to prevent clots but this depends on "global" disease burden in the head and other health risks. Sometimes vascular stenting can help but given the location, not an option presently. Good BP control essential.
