What specific: neuro issues? Hypoplastic vertebral artery/PICA is a developmental anatomic variation, possibly associated with increased risk of future stroke/TIA, and potentially other uncommon conditions. Most neuro conditons would be completely coincidental to hypoplastic VA, so more information is needed.
