So i just found out my sexual partner tested positive for chlamydia and trich. for a couple months now i've had a spot on top of my penile shaft. it raised and cracked open sometimes. now a dry spot. can it be related to clam or trich?

Neither trichomonas nor chlamydia causes any skin problem on the penis (or anywhere else). "Raised and cracked" isn't typical for any STD, but many cases of initial syphilis are atypical, and a syphilis blood test is necessary for everyone with any STD. You need professional care in person, including treatment for chlamydia and trichomonas without waiting for your own test results. Good luck!
