My 5 week c section is a bit open having yellow fluid and bit of blood and pain. i went to see my obyn he cut the threads from the incision he said it wasn't close well cause of the thread. but he didn't did nothing or put me glue to close it?

If it's been 5 weeks then it's past the the 24 hour window to suture it closed. It will have to heal itself and fill in the gaps with scar tissue. It won't be as pretty but it will close. You just need to keep it clean and see your doctor if it looks infected or isn't healing.
