My daughter (12 y/o) says that she felt like brain freeze pain that lasted seconds but without eating nothing cold. is that possible? what causes that? i doesn't bother her but it does worry me , she felt it twice today?

Hello. The “brain freeze” symptoms are not typically noted without a trigger. It’s worth a visit to her Pediatrician and possibly an ENT vs Pediatric Neurologist. It’s most probably a trigger maybe from allergy or an irritant and maybe a steroid nasal spray like Flonase can help. I hope this helps.
