I have ibs with constipation for many years, i am on dicetel and resotran for many years and now the medications are not effective. please let me know what's a most effective medication is for ibs? thank you?

I'm not sure if these meds used to treat chronic constipation are as effective in IBS-C as some of the other prescription meds. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for best care and treatment advice.
