Mcl grade 1 sprain aug 5 slow to heal no major pain/swelling just slow to completely heal. up and down feels okay to walk; but next day hurts up and down for 10 wks will grade 1 eventually heal? feels good today but afraid to risk walking pleaseadv?

I believe you are talking about your ankle. A grade one Spain should have heeled. You are correct to reevaluate your situation. Have you performed any rehab? You can go to a physical therapist or try a home program with contrast bath and strengthening Ibuprofen or Aleve might be tried to help healing.
