Gas bubbles, mucus, post nasal drip can all make it feel like something is moving in the back of your throat. With every expelled breath, these can move or shift and cause that feeling. Try clearing your throat, or drinking warm water with lemon to flush the mucus. Talk to your Dr if you feel you have post nasal drip as this can indicate fluid draining from your sinuses.
