It is not serious unless it happens repeatedly. If it continues at its present rate you should see an ENT doctor. I am assuming you are perfectly happy in every other respect

If you have asthma, please review your asthma plan, with your physician. Have a flu and COVID-19 vaccination. Other causes include infection, which is usually associated with fever. If you have reduced exercise ability, please also see Cardiology.
