Breast exam needed: Any physical indentation of the breast needs to be checked by your doctor. It's impossible to say without further history, and your doctor will take your medical. Surgical, social, family, and sexual history into account. Hopefully, it is something minor causing the itching, but it's time to get it checked out professionally. You'll have peace of mind.
