What kind of imaging systems are siemens 500 ma & 450 ma with iitv? are they cr or dr? what dose of radiation is the patient exposed to by these systems in chest xray?is it less than conventional?if yes how much is the difference in dose?

I wold be surprised if any physician in this panel can answer such highly technical questions. You would have to obtain such information from some physicians in a department of radiology at your local hospital.
