I have a purple marble sized lump under my skin on inner thigh. the lump is red around it. as well as body aches, chills, muscle weakness and nausea. im peeing less and eating less. my skin is extremely itchy. what should i do?

Is the lump of recent origin? Is it tender? Associated redness suggests inflammation/infection such as an abscess. In view of this and your other symptoms, I recommend having a physician examine you.
