Might be a cold or an allergy try any OTC medicine. Nothing works immediately. Pl have some patience . You should be OK

I agree with Dr. Tandan’s advice, especially that no medicine works immediately. But, I would also suggest getting a Covid test if you haven’t already since Covid 19 can have these same symptoms. Your doctor can help arrange a test. Stay home until you know your test results and call your doctor if positive. Get a Covid vaccine if you haven’t been vaccinated yet. Feel better soon!
