I am having pain in left breast , the pain area is not found. my doc told that i have wounds in foodpipe. i am very scared. i am having medicines but pain is still there. what to do ,? i am very scared i just hope its not cancer ?

Your worries are understandable and if pain is persisting after completing treatment for the esophageal ulcers, your doc will likely have a plan B in order to diagnose what might be causing your pain. Make sure you inform him or her as soon as completing current treatment.
