Before treatment an exam will be needed as the unusual or missing part in your post is timing, sudden changes/ slowly progressing. If changes are sudden from straight to crooked fingers, that will be highly unusual. Best to start will be with your current doc or pediatrician who might have noticed such a tendency in the past based on exam.

You are 18 years and asking question about yourself, right? It can be localized pathology at elbow or wrist diagnosed with careful examination, X-ray, MRI and or EMG. Once diagnosed, treatment is successful. However, certain diseases involve central nervous system and these are progressive usually. In these cases local procedures do not benefit.please see a neurologist. & hand surgeon.. Thanks
