Hello doctor please what medicine can i use to treat uterus inflammation because am having pelvic pains when am having sex with my husband i have been to the hospital but still no improvement i dont know what to do again?

You need to be in the care of a gynecologist. It sounds like you need to be evaluated for upper genital tract infection, such as possible pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), including testing for STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia. Your husband also should be evaluated and likely tested. You should be not having sex until this is sorted out. Good luck!
