You need to be seen by a doctor in person. I cannot be sure if you need to go to the emergency room or can it wait. I need more details to say for sure. The safest thing is to go to the emergency room, but if your vital signs are good, you don't have anemia, and there is not a lot of blood you may be able to wait to see a doctor in a clinic or office

Any abnormal bleeding needs to be investigated. If you are looking paler than usual, have dizziness on standing, are short of breath or have other symptoms, go to the ER. Otherwise see your doctor at the earliest. Start taking oral iron and multivitamins to address iron loss due to bleeding. Wish you good health!

Time to see doc. Not addressing your bleeding timely may result in serious consequences. If you are established with a primary doc, that will be best to start with. Otherwise an urgent care and working on establishing with a doc in the community would be as good.
