Are you thinking that not exercising caused damage? Proper exercise is great for the prevention of disease and improving health. A healthy 37 yo lady who does not exercise for 2 months is going to have damage related to not exercising for 2 months

You should be fine. That said, any change in physical status should be proceeded by a trip to your GP to establish a baseline and to assure the health of all of your organ systems.

Missing exercise for 4 months will not result in any lasting damage. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
