I am 3 weeks late with my period, i have done several different tests/ all times of the day. my recent one was this morning. all negative. am i pregnant?

Did not ovulate: There are many reasons why menses may be missed. A missed period is usually not a sign of a serious problem. Most women may miss a period during their reproductive lifetimes. The cause is not ovulatiing, althought the cause behind this may vary. In most cases menses will resume as usual next month. A blood test for pregnancy will make a complete determination.
