200 grams of sugar in one day four times a month. is this bad? my a1c was 5.6 two years ago as well as glucose 83. should i be worried?

No: What you described in not excessive intake of sugar. Keep a healthy weight and exercise at least 150 minutes a week and gradually increase the rigor of the exercise.
