Besides the bloody stool last month, all other symptoms can occur in Covid-19 infection. Regardless of your vaccination status, quarantine yourself and have the Covid-19 test done. If you do not want to do it, quarantine yourself for at least 10 days, take Tylenol for fever above 101, hydrate well. Go to ER if you develop shortness of breath, especially in supine position.

Sound like an infection. Possible COVID 19. Although there are other possibilities. I am not sure of the timing, but COVID usually does not cause all these symptoms within 1-2 days. Did you travel recently?

I too recommend testing for COVID-19, but other infections could be causing your problems. See a local internist and get this handled. The bloody stools are of concern and need diagnosis and treatment.
