Given your age, it is likely that your symptoms are due to a simple arrhythmia, but a determination can only be made after a detailed history, examination and an ECG. If the symptoms last as long as hours, you should get this done without delay so that appropriate testing and treatment if necessary can be done without delay. Good luck.
