A member asked:

I accidentally misread the label and took 2-3 oz. of natural vitality calm (4 tbls) instead of 2-3 oz. of water and put in a 8 oz. cup of hot tea. is this dangerous?

NATURAL VITALITY CALM contains magnesium 325mg per 2 tsp. You took much more than this. Fortunately even high doses of magnesium are not typically harmful, although they will cause a severe laxative effect. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water to help flush this from your system, and avoid taking it for at least 48 hours to allow your magnesium levels to return to normal.
