Yes, the lymphocyte percentage is high but the absolute number is not, this can occur in an acute viral illness. If you were not sick with a viral illness when this blood test was done, have it repeated next month.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, White cell counts fall in a broad range and your absolute numbers are in the normal range. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
